Balázs was my personal fitness trainer for two months. He trained me three times a week in the gym and once a week in the Wicklow Mountains with his amazing ‘Back to Nature’ program, where we were jogging and doing specific exercises in the forest with yoga in the end. Balázs designed a personalised work out plan, which kept me motivated and helped me to become more effective in reaching my goals. As he has great knowledge of the different machines, he can help you effectively with your specific needs, no matter which part of your body you want to work on. Balázs also taught me the importance of warming up in the beginning of the training, and stretching in the end to prevent injuries. Besides going through my fitness testing and assessment, he provided me with a nutrition plan to support my work out with the essential type of food. All in all, he is an amazing personal fitness trainer who works with great enthusiasm, passion and determination to create results.
