Our class structure

Our Pregnancy Dance classes incorporate effective and safe prenatal dance movements to help mothers-to-be achieve healthy pregnancies.

We start with careful stretching exercises to warm up followed by slow paced salsa and jazz dance steps; and slow paced aerobic steps.

Each class ends with a confidence enhancing choreography, stretching and relaxation.
And it goes beyond just laughing it up while dancing with other moms-to-be.
