Fitness&Yoga classes are designed to give you a complete workout to connect your Mind, Body and Spirit.

Practicing Hatha yoga postures combined with fitness exercises make your muscles strong and flexible. Balázs implemented his 13 years of professional gymnastics career (Hungarian Champion 1996-2001) with his yoga practice ( European Yoga Champion 2009) to teach you how to stay fit, strong, energized, healthy and to be connected to your inner self.

to contribute to improved body composition, metabolic functioning and lifetime muscle and bone health. Fitness&Yoga exercises give you a complete one hour workout session without using any external tools as you work only with your own body weight.

Yoga History


Developed in India, yoga is a spiritual practice that has been evolving for the last 5,000 years or so. Yoga means "union" in Sanskrit, the classical language of India.
