Balazs has been working with people from all walks of life to create lifetime connection between their Mind, Body and Spirit (MBS). His holistic approach of coaching helps his clients to bring their life to new heights by developing the energy and self-belief to change. MBS Coaching and its services are based on Balazs’ life experience where his professional gymnastics, business  and  life coaching career, his travel adventures around the world and his spiritual journey taught him the key elements to personal development. He currently lives with his wife, Karin and his son, Benjamin in Dublin, Ireland.

MIND

Balazs worked in business development for several multinational companies in the USA, Hungary and Ireland before he decided to set up his own business.

His educational background - Bachelor of Social Science, Masters degree in International Relations -,his international  work experience (USA, FR, SP, H) and his multilingual skills of speaking five languages helped him to become successful in the corporate world. In his last position as a business development manager of a leading global financial company he was responsible  for developing new market in the Central-Eastern European  region.

Balazs' passion of personal development and the desire of working with people  guided him to his final career destination, to life coaching. Throughout his Self-Awarness, CareerRelationship and Business Coaching sessions he takes you on a holistic journey to lifetime harmony and brings your life to new heights!

BODY

Balazs was a professional gymnast for thirteen years started his sport career at age of seven. He was national gymnastics champion for seven consecutive years in Hungary and placed 11th on the Gymnastics Junior World Championship in China in 1998.

He learnt at such an early stage of his life that there is no result without self-belief, hard work, courage and perseverance.

After gymnastics, he jumped into ballroom and Latin dancing and later on he specialized in salsa dancing. He danced on stage as a dance artist in Spain before he moved to Ireland where he is currently teaching salsa beside coaching people.

Balazs has a very active lifestyle to keep himself fit and energized.  He  starts his day in the gym,  loves to jog, meditate and practice yoga in the nature and to play football with his friends. Balázs also practices Bikram yoga to keep his body flexible and to prevent or heal injuries.

His unique ‘Back to Nature’ fitness program teaches you to keep you fit , flexible and energized in the nature.  Yoga and meditation are essential part of his fitness programs, as flexibility and good briefing is key to high performance.

SPIRIT

Balazs’ spiritual journey started at age of twelve, when his uncle handed him Dan Millman’s amazing book the ‘Way of the Peaceful Warrior’ and developed a special mediation program for him which he succesfully practised throughout his gymnastics career.

The next chapter of Balazs’ spiritual journey was when he traveled around the world and discovered the Bahá’í Faith with its principle teaching of the oneness of  humanity.

Balazs developed the 'Virtues Within’ workshops to promote the essential tools to become a better person. The ‘Island of Tranquility‘ meditation program is designed to nurture your soul, release stress and to create inner peace within. The Inspirational Readers' Club is designed to study inspirational writings and exchange idease with a group of people.

Karin Heller-Dani
Personal Fitness Trainer & Salsa Teacher
Pregnancy Dance Teacher


Starting at the age of 7 Karin discovered the world of dance through jazz ballet, show dance, hip-hop and latin-aerobics. She has been dancing salsa since 2003 and started teaching in 2005. Thanks to Salsa she met Balázs and since then they have practised it together in Hungary (New York style), in Spain (Cuban style) and in France (LA style).

She has been teaching Salsa in Dublin with Balázs till the 6th month of her pregnancy and she found it truly empowering and enjoyable. She developed a brand new concept of Pregnancy Dance in Ireland where she mixes elements of yoga and relaxation with various dance movements to make pregnancy more enjoyable than ever and to keep pregnant women fit.
